Mark has worked for Welter Healthcare Partners since 2016 and helps support many areas across the organization. Mark graduated from the University of Missouri in 2016 with his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and moved back home to Colorado. He joined Welter Healthcare Partners as part of the credentialing team and has also helped support coding and accounting. This wide range of experience within the organization has given Mark exposure and an understanding of each moving part behind the business management process for independent physician practices.

Mark’s current role as the Contracts Manager helps providers and practices understand their managed care contracts with the various payers. His efforts assist providers in obtaining new contracts, negotiating current contracts, verifying plan participation and proper reimbursement and overall contract integrity. His ongoing focus is to keep contracts current to maximize reimbursement, and maintain ongoing relationships with the insurance companies in an effort help providers and practices reach their goals in their reimbursement strategies!
