Billing Manager

Ms. Cebina has over 16 years of revenue cycle management experience and is an AAPC Certified Professional Biller (CPB). Her experience covers many specialties including but not limited to, primary care, internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, sleep medicine, gynecology, neurology, gastroenterology, general surgery, dermatology and imaging. Ms. Cebina’s skill set includes strong research capabilities and detailed appeal composition to get claims paid correctly.

Ms. Cebina joined the Welter Healthcare Partners team in 2021 as the billing manager and oversees the full cycle billing operation for all clients. Her primary focus is quality assurance and quality control to help ensure providers and practices are paid timely and accurately. Ms. Cebina fully understands the uniqueness of each practice and strives to deliver exceptional services. Her strong leadership skills, out of the box thinking and strong problem-solving skills are an asset to any medical practice that wants to increase revenue, compliance and overall practice profitability and success.

Ms. Cebina prides herself on identifying revenue cycle issues, implementing solutions, effective communication with clients and staff including billing changes and trends, and working closely with our clients to resolve issues and increase efficiencies within the revenue cycle in an effort to increase revenue and cash flow.
